Overview

Relode is actively searching for a Linux Support Administrator to fill a permanent position with a client located in Franklin, TN. All candidates for this role must be able to commute to Franklin, TN for training and as needed if a project requires. Our client specializes in documenting contact center interactions like service requests, outbound sales, financial or healthcare transactions, providing solutions for privacy and regulatory requirements, and by capturing customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone with Linux administration and/or support experience, and someone who demonstrates excellent soft skills in a technical customer service environment. Top Skills Required: 1. Linux/Unix 2. experience supporting IP protocols 3.excellent customer service communication 4. Cisco telephony is a plus Interview process: 1. Phone Interview: VP of IT 2. In office w/ Team and leadership 3.
