CMA or LPN

Overview

CMA or LPN needed to work 40 hours per week. Need someone who is flexible during the clinic hours. Schedule: - Monday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 60 minute lunch - Tuesday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, 60 minute lunch - Wednesday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 60 minute lunch - Thursday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, 60 minute lunch - Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 60 minute lunch Location: Hormel Foods 1906 8th St NW Austin, MN 55912 Required skills and experience: - Standard LPN/CMA duties seeing patients that are employed at the plant - Workplace injuries - Minor care - Urgent care if workplace injury occurs Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
