Overview

CMA or LPN Schedule: - Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm - Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Location: CHC 3950 East Irvington Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85714 Daily responsibility: - This is a family practice clinic that provides care to patients 2 years of age and older. - Phlebotomy skills necessary. - The clinic has one provider and one Clinical Support Staff Person. - Epic experience is a plus. Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as a CMA or LPN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
