The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing supporting a senior level manager and team operations. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. This role will also be responsible for providing data entry support for consulting contracts. Qualifications 1. Associates Degree required, bachelor degree preferred 2. Min of 2-5 years of administrative experience within a fast-paced environment 3. Demonstrate excellence oral and written communication skills 4. Ability to organize tasks. managed multiple projects simultaneously, and complete work under deadline 5. Proficient software skills - Excel, Word and customized databases
