RN or RNCOH needed Schedule: - Monday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Tuesday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Wednesday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 minute meal - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 minute meal Location: BP Toledo 4001 Cedar Point Rd. Oregon, OH 43616 Job Details: - Occupational health clinic performs Med Surveillance, annual physicals, assesses and treats initial onset occupational health injuries. Staff includes MA, RN and PA. Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
