Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Have you taken a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) exam offered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy?
  • Have you received both doses of the Covid-19 Vaccine?
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
    • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
