Overview

Location: Waco Center for Youth 3501 N 19th St, Waco, TX 76708 Current Open Shifts: Direct Care PNA – 15 available positions - 10 positions for: 3:00pm – 11:30pm (includes unpaid 30 min lunch break) - 3 positions for: 11:15pm – 7:15pm Job Requirements for all candidates: - Attends to work on a regular basis - Must be at least 21 years of age - Must have a valid Driver’s License - Graduation from a standard senior high School or equivalent - Must be able to pass CPR and TIPS (Trauma Intervention Protection Strategies) - Prefer experience in direct client care. - Basic computer skills Duties of Direct Care PNA - Provide direct care of clients (emergency, health and personal care). - Provide therapeutic interactions with clients. - Monitor during meals and activities. - Monitor clients psychiatric symptoms or health state and document in records as needed. - Document Clients behaviors and interactions. - Performs other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager and/or Resident Specialist V. Other: - Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check (you provide) - Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check (we provide)
