Family Medicine Physician

Overview

Job Details - Description Duties and Responsibilities: • Review medical records to ensure appropriate level of care placement • Medical Intake, HPI, physical exam as appropriate, lab monitoring • Referrals to specialist as necessary • Obtains medical history and conduct physical exam • Collaborates with multidisciplinary team regarding • Prescribing or administrating • Monitoring side effects and making changes as needed • Working closely with nursing staff to ensure quality of care • Participate in peer to peer insurance reviews • Documents in EHR/ EMR • Provides education to client about medical complications of eating disorders • Prescribing medications and orders diagnostic and monitoring test as needed • May provide internal training on the medical complications of eating disorders • Participates in supervision as appropriate • Collaborates with psychiatry and nursing • Exhibits passion for our clients, values, and organization • Participates in providing clinically competent care by self/staff/team through education, role modeling, teambuilding, clinical documentation and quality monitoring • Uses leadership, team building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to build partnerships within and across system • Engages in self-evaluation process, seeking feedback regarding own practice, from clients, peers, professional colleagues and others Requirements 1) Board Certified in Family Medicine 2) Comfortable with Supervision of Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• Valid Board Certified in Ohio (OH)
• Are you board certified in Family Medicine?

• Describe your experience supervising Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners.
