BSN or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree Tell me about this job – The Nurse Manager of the outpatient clinic and inpatient dialysis unit manages the daily operations and all staff functions for those units. Is responsible for the patients’ needs following evidence based practice. The position develops objectives, policies, and procedures which support the mission, vision and values of the hospital. The position maintains the professional practice standards, customer relations, compliance with accreditation/licensure requirements, personnel and practice in the institution. The position works collaboratively with medical staff, the entire leadership team, departmental staff, and serves in a leadership role.
