Active ACLS and BLS certifications Tell Me About This Job: Come join a world-class leadership team as the Director of Surgical Services. The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for planning, organizing, and influencing department activities and the delivery of patient care. The Director must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served on his or her assigned units. Manage budgets, contain costs, participate in process improvement initiatives, and build effective relationships with staff, physicians, and senior management.
