NP or PA needed Schedule (every other weekend): - Monday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, 30 min meal - Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Location: Truist Wilson Health Center 2713 Forest Hills Rd. Wilson, NC 27893 Job Details: - Looking for an NP or PA to provide full-time coverage at Truist Wilson Health Center starting on 7/11/22-8/31/22. - Services include full primary care (Well Woman exams, physical exams, chronic care management), acute-episodic care, lab services, immunizations/allergy injections, and Provider Dispensing (Requires a NC Dispensing License). - Prior experience with Epic and Premise Health very helpful. - Support is provided by a full-time Medical Assistant who works the front desk, lab and rooms patients. Interview process: - Quick interview process. - One with Relode, one with hiring manager
Qualifications
- Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
- Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
- Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
- Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
