Overview

Required Skills and Experience 1. Licensed in the state for which you applying as a LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, clinical psychologist. 2. Experience in providing individual and family therapy with adolescents and parents, preferably in a residential treatment setting. 3. Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, sociology, or psychology. 4. Willingness to be trained, supervised and provide services within the framework of Attachment-Based Therapy. 5. Trained and experience with trauma-informed treatment, preferred. What You Need to Know - Carry a caseload of families designated as the point of contact for the family. - Facilitate individual family and group therapies within the framework of the clinical model and Attachment-Based Family Therapy model. - Facilitate new Parent Orientations - Coordinate Clinical Director program scheduling and coordinating services for the clinical program. - Meet with prospective family members to discuss the clinical family program. - Responsible for the timely completion of clinical documentation - Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.

Qualifications

Required
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Family Therapy
    • Residential In Patient Therapy
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota (MN)
  • Valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota (MN)
  • Valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) in Minnesota (MN)
