Overview
Contracts Administrator will provide support to the senior management team to ensure division- and agency- wide contracts are administered consistently and cohesively as a centralized contracts management function across the Agency. This position requires a working knowledge of contracting principles, a commitment to developing strong client relationships, and identifying risk and opportunities in the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate for this role will be self-sufficient and will have a superb attention to detail. Mandatory Skills: 1. Effective communication with various levels of stakeholders within the organization (i.e., front line, middle management, executives) 2. Ability to manage multiple projects at once 3. Strengths in working with ambiguity, therefore the ability to create processes from scratch, to document process flows and create procedures. Job Duties: • Manage contract files • Analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts • Develop and implement processes and procedures • Conduct contract document review and preparation for all contracts • Create a periodic review schedule to monitor transaction compliance • Facilitate communication between departments as needed • Track all standard and non-standard contracts
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Do you have 5 years’ experience as a contract administrator or similar role in an organization with multiple levels of compliance-heavy contracts?
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once?
- Ability to create processes from scratch, to document process flows and create procedures?

5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Research Analysis
- Problem Solving
- Excel
- Outlook
- Are you fully vaccinated from the Covid 19 virus?
- What % of travel are you comfortable with?
- Are you CPM (Certified Professional Contact Manager) Certified or Equivalent?
- Are you able to work weekends as needed?
