RN or LPN

Overview

Looking for a lab draw RN or LPN to float between local clinics. Schedule: - Monday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute meal (Florence) - Tuesday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, 30 minute meal (Florence) - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 30 minute meal (Florence) - Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute meal (Covington) - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute meal (Covington) Location: CHC - City of Florence 8100 Ewing Blvd. Florence, KY 41042 Daily responsibility: • This position is for a lab draw nurse who will operate their own schedule for labs, injections, UDS, etc. and float between two health centers located in Florence and Covington Ky weekly. • This nurse will also be utilized in the health centers at all 3 locations (the 3rd location is on Madison Pk in Ft. Wright Ky) to cover the clinical nurses vacations and call offs if the nurse lab schedule allows. • Must have prior EPIC EMR and venipuncture experience. • Must be capable of multitasking with good leadership skills and a Team player. Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as an RN or LPN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
