Overview

Location: Corpus Christi State Living Center 902 Airport Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78405 Requested Schedule: Rotating Shifts: - 6am - 2pm - 2pm - 10pm - Every other weekend off. - 40-hours/week Requirements: - Must possess valid CPR Certification - Must possess valid LVN license - Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements - Must submit to HHSC required drug test - Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting - Must complete facility and HHSC required training Job Tasks: Provide clinical care and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides routine vocational nursing work. Work involves providing for the care, treatment, and general welfare of patients. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, and performs Nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shift. The LVN performs basic and complex nursing tasks to fulfill the health needs of the individuals. The LVN keeps informed of and follows all agency, facility and unit policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Have you received both doses of the Covid-19 Vaccine?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
