Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Overview

NP or PA needed to conduct out-patient house calls. Candidate must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Required Skills and Experience: -2 + years as an NP - Active Nurse Practitioner or PA License - FNP, AGNP, or PA - Dedicated to providing excellent healthcare and a top-quality patient experience - Strong belief in the revolutionary nature of house calls - Willingness to work in a revolutionary environment that sometimes necessitates last minute problem solving and out of the box thinking - Technically savvy and comfortable using tools such as iPads for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination - Must have active state license and DEA - Senior Patient Care Experience Required What you need to know: - Typically see one to two patients an hour - A dedicated driver provides transportation while you maintain a medical supply kit - Use of iPad for EMR charting - Operations support for prescription refills, lab follow up, and coordinated care management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in New Jersey (NJ)
• FNP (2+ years)
• Senior Care (3+ years)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in New Jersey (NJ)
  • Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) in New Jersey (NJ)
  • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) in New Jersey (NJ)
