Overview
Our healthcare client is a quickly growing Chronic Care Management organization which expects to double their internal headcount in the next year and half. This period of hypergrowth has lead them to the point of needing to hire their first Human Resources Manager to help build out the HR team for the future. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, creating best practices, ramping up an HR team of your own, and leading the organization forward. Top 3 Required Skills: 1. 3-5 Years HR Management in a Healthcare Provider Environment 2. 1-3 Years Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits) 3. Organizational Development *SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification Highly Preferred Day to Day You will be tasked with building out the first formalized HR Department within this organization. Previously they have heavily relied on an external HR Consulting company for everything from Employee Handbook creation, benefits selection, hiring, retention strategies, organizational development, and risk mitigation. You will partner with Executive Leadership to formalize Job Descriptions/Categories, set salary bands with midpoints, hire additional HR team members, assist in employee reviews, retention, and risk mitigation strategies, and much more.
