BLS required Tell me about this job – The RN-Team Leader is responsible for an assigned service within the OR. Such services are Neurology, Orthopaedics, GYN, Urology, General, etc. Responsible for updating physician preference cards, maintaining needed supplies and equipment. Establishes a rapport with surgeons of assigned service. Assists with orientation of new employees. Required to also carry out all duties of the RN circulator. May also perform in the surgical technician role.
