Looking for an NP for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for three months, with the possibility of an extension. Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Virginia (VA)
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Virginia (VA)
