RN or LPN

Overview

This is a Primary Care type setting with 1 nurse and 1 provider. No walk ins, or double booking of appointments. No weekends, Holidays, or on call. Duties will include and not limited to Checking in/out patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, lab draws, CLIA waived lab tests, injections, EKG, assisting the provider with procedures, ordering supplies, maintaining logs, and various administrative duties with the health center to assist with workflow etc. Epic Experience Preferred. Schedule: - Tuesday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Location: CHC - Hyster-Yale 4000 NE Blue Lake Rd. Fairview, OR 97024 Daily responsibility: Duties will include and not limited to: • Checking in/out patients • Answering phone calls • Scheduling patients • Lab draws • CLIA waived lab tests • Injections • EKG • Assisting the provider with procedures • Ordering supplies • Maintaining logs • Various administrative duties with the health center to assist with workflow etc. Required skills and experience: • At least one year of experience as an RN or LPN • Epic experience preferred Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in Oregon (OR)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oregon (OR)
