Bachelor’s required, Master’s (CNS) preferred. 2. 3-5 years of acute care experience 3. 1-3 years minimum within a leadership role Tell me about this job – Assesses, evaluates, and plans education and implements programs to ensure the clinical competency of the Nursing Staff. Responsible for collaboration with the Unit Directors to assure clinical skills of nursing staff are current to meet the needs of the patient population served. As the Education Supervisor, you will have supervisory authority to provide input on potential new hires and ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentoring of staff. Counsels staff along with Unit Director regarding clinical performance.
