CORE VALUES Clients always first | Intelligent, creative, independent thinking and problem solving | Connects and works well with others | Personal integrity and openness | Change and growth oriented Position Summary: The Clinical/Program Manager will provide leadership for a team of staff members at the site as well as ensuring that the program integrity is upheld by groups and all staff members. This includes establishing a professional relationship, helping to resolve issues as they arise, giving feedback on performance and facilitating an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided. Job Duties: - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of leaders to ensure that the program and client goals are being met in this location - Actively facilitate and attend to the overall engagement and satisfaction of the staff - Coordinate/facilitate lines of communication among personnel and site management team - Build depth in leadership and employee development, understanding strengths of employees within the site and determining how they fit, both today, as well as knowing how to align them with programming and opportunities for the future - Collaborate across sites when making program decisions In collaboration with site director the Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for hiring and training of new EDTs and therapy staff. Responsible for performance management of direct reports including but not limited to, performance conversations and performance reviews. Provide staff support with client issues as well as direction around managing schedules, planning PTO, and guidance/support for professional growth. Manage planning and implementation group therapy through partnership with Site director and Program Coordinator. Manage clinical calls to insurance companies regarding concurrent reviews through partnership with Program Coordinator and case management team. Ensure compliance to program policies, external regulatory standards and payer requirements. Responsible for updating and distributing program schedule. The Clinical Manager will maintain and enhance knowledge of current clinical practices, strategies, and developments through participation in professional organizations; internal and external training opportunities; and reviewing the literature. In addition: - Identify and manage site-specific initiatives related to client care - Partner with administrative staff on site for items relating to administrative function and staff - Support Site Director in management of the budget for the site - Weekend rotation on call duties - Performs additional duties as assigned Qualifications: - Master degree in Behavioral Health related field - Current license in the state of employment required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) - Related supervisory/management experienced strongly preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and influence decisions with all levels of staff - Solid interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with staff and vendors - A “hands-on” leadership style with the ability to model and reinforce a strong collaborative style - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions on problems requiring immediate attention. Ability to think critically.
