RN or LPN to fill-in for the following dates (3rd shift): Schedule: 10:30 pm - 6:30 am on each of the following dates: 8/1/2022 8/7/2022 8/9/2022 8/11/2022 8/14/2022 8/15/2022 8/16/2022 8/17/2022 8/18/2022 8/21/2022 8/22/2022 8/23/2022 8/24/2022 8/25/2022 8/28/2022 8/29/2022 8/30/2022 8/31/2022 Location: CHC Gastonia 1400 Tulip Dr Gastonia, NC 28052 Required skills and experience: • At least one year of experience as an RN or LPN Interview process: - Quick interview process - One with Relode, one with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Are you hands-on CPR Certified?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina (NC)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina (NC)
