Therapist - Residential Job Category: Therapist Full-Time Location: On-site (not remote) CLE Residential, OH Cleveland Heights, OH 44106, USA Position Summary: Provides individual, group, family or couples psychotherapy. The therapist collaborates in a multi-disciplinary setting with other company clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and his or her family. Duties and Responsibilities: -Develops, implements, and coordinates services, and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans -Conducts assigned group counseling sessions -Collaborates with the staff, community professionals, and community agencies in coordinating care services and maintaining continuity of care -Identifies, supports, and evaluates clinical quality, and client-satisfaction improvement initiatives; completes assigned studies, audits, and ongoing monitoring of performance indicators -Participates in case consultation -Maintains clinical records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards -May participate in quality assessment/peer review of documentation -Provides clinical supervision as needed and appropriate based on licensure -Maintains clinical records in compliance with policies and regulatory standards -Maintains at all times the confidentiality of proprietary information and any client's or employee's medical, financial, or personal information, records, and data to which there is access -Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice, strategies, and developments through participation in his or her professional organization; attending related seminars, workshops, and conferences; and reviewing the literature -Prepares and submits accurate, timely billing records as per Program requirements -Attends regular staff meetings -Drive clients, staff, and supplies in the company vehicle as needed. -Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: -Current license in the state of OHIO (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) -Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field -Individual & family psychotherapy experience required -Must have valid driver's license and be authorized to drive. -Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire -DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred -Ohio State licensures Competencies: -Exhibits passion for our clients, values, and organization -Demonstrates excellent clinical customer service using therapeutic communication skills to build strong client relationships and improve outcomes -Participates in providing clinically competent care by self/staff/team through education, role modeling, teambuilding, clinical documentation and quality monitoring -Uses leadership, team building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to build partnerships within and across system -Engages in self-evaluation process, seeking feedback regarding own practice, from clients, peers, professional colleagues and others Workplace Requirements: Sitting 70-75% and Standing 25-30%. Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping or crouching when appropriate, on occasion. Lift, carry, push or pull up to approx. 40 pounds (supplies, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Do you have Individual & family psychotherapy experience?
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Are you aware this position is on-site (not remote) and requires one rotating weekend shift and one shift until 7pm flexibility?
