Overview
Under the supervision of the CCP Manager the FCCHEN Program Administrator will ensure that Family Child Care Home Education Network Program meets and maintains the mandates and timelines for enrolling and contracting new providers according to funder requirements. The FCCHEN Program Administrator will identify placement, conduct self-assessment and funder triannual audits, and partner with the Subsidy Division to review projections and recommend solutions to ensure FCCHEN compliance. In coordination with the CCP Manager and FCCHEN Supervisor the FCCHEN Program Administrator will plan, coordinate, and evaluate the operation of their designated duties to ensure all requirements are met. Program Compliance and Improvement 65% • Lead audits and annual self-assessment reviews: Review coaches’ individual summary of findings to ensure it meets the program outcome goals. • Partner with Manager and FCCHEN Supervisor to develop program improvement plans: Track the progress towards the completion of outstanding plans to ensure areas of concerns are addressed within a specified timeline to reach compliance with FCCHEN requirements. • Prepare, collect, aggregate, and analyze data obtained for reporting purposes. Write and submits accurate and timely reports. Prepare a variety of technical, statistical, and narrative reports plus correspondence and other written materials to present to the board, staff, and community partners. Enrollment Development 35% • Develop and maintain relationships with contracted and potential providers, through proactive outreach and on- going communication, to identify available Family Child Care Providers spaces to meet the funder’s enrollment requirement. • Monitor and maintain the record of vacancies of all contracted FCCHEN providers on a weekly basis • Report the of number of children needed to be enrolled monthly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher

5+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Outlook
- Zoom
- Microsoft Office
- Excel
- Are you fully vaccinated from the Covid 19 Virus?
- Are you comfortable with 30% of travel for work?
- Do you have five Years of relevant experience in administrative experience. Experience working with Family Child Care Providers and Subsidized programs? If not, please inform as to how many.
- Are you bilingual? If so please inform the languages that you speak.
