Director of Testing

Overview

Our client is a cutting edge healthcare analytics company searching for a Director of Testing to lead the end to end software testing environment. This is a permanent role and will be fully remote, company based in FL and typically works eastern time business hours. Primary responsibilities for this role include setting process and owning end to end software review requirements for test scenarios; Leading automation testing, ensuring best in class automation system is in place; and Managing, coaching and developing the software testing team. Additionally, you will work with key client groups to understand application needs and enhance product quality by developing and implementing test strategies and scenarios. You will also be responsible for reporting test findings to clients, executives and IT departments to improve enterprise custom developed applications as well as integrated off the shelf applications. The ideal candidate for this role should have 10+ years of experience in software testing with 5+ years of experience leading test teams and projects. Experience testing healthcare data analytics software is preferred.
