Overview
Our client is seeking a Corporate Sr Director of Quality to oversee Quality and Patient Safety in an 80+ Multisite Hospital system. This position will report to the VP who reports to the SVP and will have a career growth path laid out in front of them day 1. This is an exciting opportunity as the organization will be looking for this person to help redesign the patient quality and safety scorecard, execute the rollout across 80+ facilities, and measure it's success making changes where necessary. You will also be growing/hiring your team and implementing both a scoring and culture change simultaneously. This opportunity is set up ideally for someone who is ready to make a massive impact at a large organization and have a true seat at the table. Top 5 Skills Required 1. 5+ Years Sr. Leadership in Quality at a Multi-Site Acute Care Hospital System 2. Must be a Nurse with an Advanced Business Leadership Degree and Certifications such as CPHQ or NAHQ 3. Proven track record or implementing a Quality Process, measuring it's success, and correcting gaps 4. 5+ Years Building, Leading, and Growing a Quality Team 5. 5+ Years Coordinating Patient Safety The ideal candidate will have served in a Director or VP of Quality and Patient safety role for the previous 5+ years. They will have also helped created a scorecard system in which a large multi-site hospital system fully utilized this as a playbook to improving patient care and reducing accidents. They will also have managed a regional team spread out across a multi-site hospital system.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher

- What is the largest hospital system you have served in a senior quality leadership role previously (Number of Hospitals in the system and Number of Beds)
