Overview
Candidate will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager with day-to-day tasks. Below are a few examples of job responsibilities: - Assist with facility needs such as: moving furniture, putting together furniture, setting up equipment, general facility needs - Assist with repairs: including but not limited to paint touchups, wall patches, basic cosmetic repairs - Assist with mailroom duties such as packaging items, delivery/receipt of packages, keeping mailroom stocked and organized - Maintain general inventory of necessary items - Conference room liaison assistant: help with scheduling meeting time, keeping the room in order, audio/visual setup and takedown, general room maintenance Schedule: Candidate will work 5, 8 hour days. The specific schedule will be discussed in interviews as it will need to match the manger's schedule.
Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL) in California (CA)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Facilities Management
- Office Management
- Are you able to occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs or lift up to 50 lbs?
