Our client’s mission is to create a system of care where patients get to remission through offerings of affordable telepsychiatry and teletherapy. The company will provide medication management, in depth relationship building, alternative treatments that add to the traditional tools of healing in mental health that really get to the root of issues for better patient outcomes. Our clinical Sales Managers are seeking and creating referrals from doctors, therapists, medical professionals, group practices, primary care doctors and the like. Top 3 Required Skills: 1. Previous Outside D2C, B2B Sales/Account Management in the Healthcare/Pharma Industry 2. Experience selling to C-Suite, Clinical Management, or Mental Health Providers 3. Experience creating a geographical sales strategy and executing on that plan successfully 4. Must live in/near a major city in AZ What you need to know: We’re seeking individuals who are brave enough to create their own path, and not too pushy in sales. They know the company mission and easily discuss and filter that into a conversation; this person can help their client’s figure out how the company can fit into their organization. They are smart, articulate, and can understand and fill a client’s needs. The day to day will vary for this sales professional on what builds success - this candidate needs to be flexible and have the drive to build their own path to success. They are given full reign to create methods and processes based on what drive’s company growth. A day in the life could look like - calling upon leads, emailing, sourcing new clients, in person office visits, client relationship building, ongoing customer support, meeting with executives at office, training doctors on what are the company offerings are, helping to keep company at the top of mind- All of this will be a hybrid role set up field and remote work.
