Our Behavorial Facility of Arlington, TX immediate opening for a FT Register Nurse for Night with a $5000 retention bonus for all newly hired FT RNs. The Register Nurse’s responsibilities include the following: • Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned trauma informed care for children and adolescents • Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident’s care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan • Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident • Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents • Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights • Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and the staff of the Facility Qualified candidates for Register Nurse should have the following: • Active Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or a Qualified Compact License • Preferably with 1 to 2 years hospital experience in a behavioral health setting but new graduates are welcome to apply! • Must be CPR Certified Our benefits include the following: • Service excellence and fulfilling work environment • 401(k) plan and company match • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Supplemental Insurance Plans Available

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (TX)
  • Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Do you have 1 to 2 years hospital experience in a behavioral health setting?
