Customer Support Representative

Overview

Role: Customer Support Representative Location: Remote (Candidate has to be in EST or CST) Schedule: M-F (occasional weekends) Shifts: (2 options) 8am-5pm EST 11am-8pm EST Contract Length: September 12th-December 16th (extension into January 2023 is possible) Job Summary: We are a health insurance agency that advises our clients on their health insurance options and helps enroll them into plans during Open Enrollment. Our customer support representatives will assist our clients with submitting assessments to us for our agents to process their enrollments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Data Entry
  • Call Center
• Are you located in a Central or Eastern Time Zone?
• Do you consider yourself tech savvy and quick with data input?
• Do you have reliable, hi speed internet?
• Do you have a quiet workplace in your home with little to no distractions?
• 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Insurance
  • Medical Field

• Do you prefer the 8am-5pm EST shift or the 11am-8pm EST shift?
