Prefer one year experience in a home health setting (will accept new grads) Tell me about this job – The Physical Therapist – Home Health is responsible for providing medically prescribed, goal oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care, company policies and professional Standards of Practice. PT will be responsible for creating their own schedule with referred patients in their private homes in Yellowstone County, MT. Pay per visit model *New graduates will be considered for this role*
