Jr Software Developer

Overview

Our client is searching for a Junior Software Developer to fill a 5 month contract in Malvern, PA. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, analyzing, testing, and debugging Cerner solutions. You will write technical specifications based on conceptual design and business requirements; Provide code that enhances software as needed; and Support, maintain, and document software functionality and practices. Additionally you will prototype, refine, test and debug programs; and Participate in design meetings and analyze user needs to determine function requirements. Finally, you will implement designs by utilizing development languages and tools per design specifications; and Develop and execute unit testing. Education: *Associates (Higher Education, Higher National Diploma). *Information Technology. Work Experience: 3 years in IT 2 years of Software Development Contract to Hire Option: Target Salary $72,800 Additional Responsibilities: *Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. * Troubleshooting and Support of X-12, Payer and Client Issues * Work with Client and Internal Team on Payer 835 Enrollments * Work on Multiple Projects Simultaneously and within a team environment * Knowledge of HIPAA, X-12 and the 835/837 Transaction Set. Qualifications

• Software Development (3+ years)
