Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join their growing Finance Team in Franklin, TN. By helping to support the financial wellness of this company, more individuals and families will have access to quality mental and behavioral health services. This role will be responsible for developing financial models, forecasting quarterly and annual profits, preparing cost projections, analyzing and reporting on current financial status, and more. Top 3 Skills Required: 1. Advanced Excel Experience (v/x lookups, pivot tables, graphs, etc) 2. 3-5 years of Financial experience 3. Experience with Prophix or Similar Modeling tools Day to Day You will be assisting the current Financial Team in generating new financial models, discussing current financials with 80 plus site offices, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc modeling. The organization is quickly growing and ramping up their entire financial portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Finance (3+ years)
• 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Budgeting
  • Financial Planning
• Excel (5+ years)

• Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Healthcare
  • Behavioral Health
