Overview
Our healthcare client is a quickly growing Chronic Care Management organization which expects to double their internal headcount in the next year and half. This period of hypergrowth has lead them to the point of needing to grow their Revenue Cycle team once again. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CFO, managing an existing team while creating new best practices, ramping up a team for future growth, and leading the organization forward. Top 3 Required Skills: 1. 5+ Years Managing a Revenue Cycle Team of at least 10+ 2. 3+ Years Experience with CPR Plus, CareTend, We Infuse, or similar software 3. 5+ Years Experience Working directly with the Top 5 Payers Day to Day You will be tasked with taking over an established Revenue Cycle team of 16+, continuing the process improvement plans put in place, while at the same time creating constant opportunities for success. This opportunity is replacing a key leadership member who after 7 years is growing their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others as that is a key building block of the organizations culture.
