Who we’re looking for We are looking for experienced therapists who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our members. We’re looking for therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to see patients on a pay-per-encounter basis. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the culture and processes of our growing company. Your primary responsibility will be conducting counseling therapy sessions via telehealth. The ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement. Benefits ● Competitive Salary ● Flexible scheduling ● Company paid malpractice coverage ● Online software and technology support ● Comprehensive clinical guidelines and training ● We handle all of the costs from acquiring clients, billing, support, or operational needs ● We have an experienced and collaborative operations and technology team dedicated to improving the provider and client experience Role ● See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice ● Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning ● Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements ● Aid in building a referral network to attract new patients ● Skilled in active listening ● Ability to develop a meaningful connection and empathize ● Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns ● Participate in clinical case review with the Lead Psychologist monthly Qualifications and skills ● Unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or LPC), in good standing in California ● 2+ years of direct care experience, exclusive of orientation/training ● Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but preferred ● Able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week providing patient care ● Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus ● Comfortable using an EMR ● Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible ● Excellent written and verbal communication ● Comfortable collaborating with our MD/NP staff related to prescriptions and medication management for anxiety and depression ● Competency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and flexible in tailoring these to the needs of the client ● Preference is given to candidates credentialed with insurance companies in CA Schedule: ● 4 hour shift ● 8 hour shift ● Day shift ● Evening shift ● Monday to Friday ● Self-determined schedule ● Weekend availability License/Certification: ● LMFT, LCSW, LPC or LMHC (Preferred)
