Overview

Our client is seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our growing tele-health team. This role will be responsible for providing tele-health services to patients in California receiving comprehensive treatment for a variety of behavioral health conditions. Treatment programs include anxiety, depression, substance dependencies, trauma, and other co-occurring behavioral health conditions. Top 3 Skills Required: • MA Licensed LICSW (independently licensed) • Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders • Remote, tele-health experience; Informed on state tele-health policies What you need to know: • Must pass a background check • Have access to a Smartphone, Laptop/Desktop with Video camera, and reliable WiFi • Access to a private, confidential tele-health workspace (outpatient office or home office) • Will be tested on Tech competency

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts (MA)
    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts (MA)
  • Do you have the ability to work remotely in a secure, private location (e.g., outpatient office, home office ARE acceptable; coffee shops/public places ARE NOTE acceptable)?
  • Do you have access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable Internet connection?
  • Are you willing to submit to a background check?
  • Are you able to provide proof of COVID-19 and flu vaccination?
Preferred
  • Are you bilingual English/Spanish?
  • What is your experience with remote tele-health?
  • Do you require supervision or are you independently licensed?
