Overview

What you need to know: - 13 week assignment - Extensive onboarding/screening process - Candidate will be working in the badging office on Detroit campus - Will be handling badge forms and processing badges - 2 years of data entry and clerical experiences - Candidate must be ok with working in an older building with no windows - Can negotiate the pay if needed Job Description: - Handles phone calls, transferring calls appropriately, taking messages, and responding to e-mails and patient complaints - Performs front desk duties to include greeting customers and accepting deliveries - Complete spreadsheets (must have experience with Excel and Word) - Previous clerical and/or retail experience - Required Location: - 2799 W. Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202 Schedule: - Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm
