Overview
What you need to know: - 13 week assignment - Extensive onboarding/screening process - For this role, this individual will be working in a production lab, where we make lenses for glasses - This individual’s typical day would involve receiving orders and putting away the inventory - It would also include, working from a computer, so typing and navigating a computer, along with writing up orders - This is a standing and walking position - Some lifting will be required but nothing over 20lbs (and that’s on the safe end), the lifting will just be boxes that we receive in - Pay rate is negotiable Job Description: - Handles phone calls, transferring calls appropriately, taking messages, and responding to e-mails and patient complaints - Performs front desk duties to include greeting customers and accepting deliveries - Complete spreadsheets (must have experience with Excel and Word) - Previous clerical and/or retail experience - Required Location: - 33100 Gratiot Ave., Clinton Township, MI 48035 Schedule: - Monday - Friday - Hours between 7am - 5:30pm
Qualifications
- Do you have 1+ years of experience with administrative tasks? I.e. answering/transferring phone calls, taking messages
- Can you provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19?
