What you need to know: - 6-12 month assignment - Possibility of going permanent after contract ends - 3+ years of experience minimum required, 5+ years preferred - Must live in proximity to Rochester Hills office - Strong Troubleshooting capabilities preferred - 8am - 5pm Job Skills: - Ability to explain technical processes clearly through email or phone - Must have 3+ years of experience Working in a Help Desk/customer service environment
