Overview
Required skills and experience: Our client is searching for a candidate to manage pay processes and proactively identify process improvements; reconcile payroll records, which may include management of third part software for multiple countries. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing design, implementation or delivery of payroll processes, programs and policies. Additionally you will interpret pay policies such as; vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts – outside of the US, government regulations and withholding exemptions to ensure appropriate deductions are calculated and applied within the payroll correctly. You will also monitors and manages payroll legislation compliance. What you need to know: health care experience is a plus but not a must, Interview process: 1.Video with hiring manager 2. Video interview with panel (if necessary) 3. Hire Additional job details: Include MM/DD of DOB and current physical address of candidate for client's submittal process.
