Overview

Location: Harlingen, TX Requirements: - Must possess valid TX LVN license - Must be bilingual Department: Mental Health Unit Responsibilities: - Provide care for patients - Manage medication administration and treatments - Provide medication education and complete documentation. - Perform computer data entry – Receive full training - Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies - Specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives. Requested Schedule: - 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift - includes weekends

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas (TX)
• Are you bilingual (Spanish/English)?
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)

• What experience do you have working with Mental Health patients?
