Overview
The Program Director (PD) supervises the development and operations of programs and services for a given geographical area. The PD performs liaison functions with referring agencies and is responsible for personnel, financial, and program management functions, as well as daily operations. Requirements: • A Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services discipline, including, but not limited to Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, etc. • 5 years of experience working with children and families in the in-home/community-based environment • 2 years of supervisory experience Interview process: 1 Video interview with the Area VP of Operations Offer

- Social Work
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Counseling
