Role Summary The Physical Therapy Manager will report to the Company’s Head of Clinical Operations. This person will play an integral role in finalizing the development of our care model for launch, iterating the model with key learnings as we operate, and identifying operational gaps where additional program planning will help drive better patient outcomes and employee experiences. Responsibilities • Reinforce our care navigation team with knowledge and solid clinical experience • Assist with clinical escalations from care navigators, conduct case reviews for patients that need escalation to higher levels of care, and conduct clinical intake and triage for PT sensitivity • Assist with the development of talking points for patient engagements and shared decision making discussions with patients • Drive clinical outcomes for our patients through exceptional patient engagement • Educate clinical teams on musculoskeletal care management and ensure teams are using the latest clinical guidance. • Oversight of PT teams, performance, and outcomes • Apply our digital approach in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal disorders • Assist in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs Location Remote, with minimal travel required initially with the need for travel decreasing over time. We are also establishing a corporate office in New York, NY, but with no requirement to work from the office. Key Competencies ● Plans, organizes, supervises, and collaborates in the development and iteration of PT utilization in a musculoskeletal value-based care model ● History of building and leading teams to support supervising, training, and mentoring PT and other clinical staff ● Exceptional professional background in physical therapy and conservative musculoskeletal care ● Ability to tackle complex process problems ● Outstanding communication skills ● Propensity for building infrastructure and designing processes rather than relying on those already in place ● Openness to stepping in and helping other teams/ functional areas when needed ● Experience using data to evaluate clinical effectiveness and daily processes Qualifications ● 5 years experience as a Physical Therapist; 2 yrs exp in a lead or supervisory role in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders ● Graduate from a program in physical therapy or occupational therapy, which has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. Holds one of the following degrees: BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. ● Digital Health experience preferred ● Extremely comfortable with technology and navigating multiple platforms at once ● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients asynchronously ● Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a hands-off approach ● Hard-working and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment ● Must maintain current licensure in the State of GA or compact license ● Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in electronic medical records ● Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to lead discussions with physicians and C-suite provider executives ● US work authorization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid Physical Therapist in Georgia (GA)
• Physical Therapy (5+ years)
• 2 yrs exp in a A lead role in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders (2+ years)
