BSN required, MSN strongly preferred 3. BLS and ACLS certifications required, CCRN preferred Tell me about this job – This role will be responsible for the management and coordination of the ICU. Direct and supervise functions and activities; interpret policies, procedures, standards, and regulations as is appropriate to personnel, medical staff, patients, and public; and perform nursing duties as needed. Assess and evaluate care/services provided, staffing levels, competence, and educational needs of all employees and effectively coordinate and control resources. Development and implementation of organizational and department policies/procedures; maintain an environment for continuous quality improvement; and be responsive to organizational change and community needs.
