Overview
Our client is searching for an IT Support Analyst to fill a 3 month contract on site in Springfield, MO. This role will required the contractor to be onsite 5 days per week interacting with doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff. Primary responsibilities for the role include investigating and resolving routine problems received via phone, ticket or other electronic means; using troubleshooting tools, shadowing business users and testing workflows to gather information and resolve issued; escalate issues using applicable monitoring and troubleshooting tools; and documenting investigation and resolution. Additionally you will research and preexisting knowledge base to quickly understand and diagnose issues. This role will require that you adhere to policies and procedures including HIPPA, PECA, CHIA and client notification requirements. What you need to know: In this role you will interact with doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff that expects white glove treatment when resolving IT issues. Interview process: 1.
