Overview

Our client is searching for an Onsite Support Technician to fill a 6 month contract in Odessa, TX. Qualified candidates should have 2+ years of experience in network connectivity, application support and ticket management. Primary responsibilities for the role include prividing routine technical support for desktop, laptop, telecom and network systems, including hardware, application software and operating systems. You will perform hardware and software maintenance like virus scans, moving systems, and documenting changes; repair and replace defective equipment; install, configure and update end-user desktop and laptop software; and prioritize and escalate issues. What you need to know: This role is on site in Odessa, TX. You will be providing support to doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff. Will require travel to multiple locations in the area.
