Overview
Required skills & experience: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Experience working in Behavioral Health is preferred ● Four (2-4) years' experience with sales and networking with healthcare referral sources. ● Experience developing marketing strategies and programs including referral development, intake, tracking advertising and public relations. What you need to know • The Account Manager is responsible for managing and creating strategic initiatives to maximize admissions and build, grow and maintain an acceptable facility census level. Responsible for developing and maintaining community relationships with current and future referral sources.
Qualifications

- Business Development
- Account Management
- Networking with healthcare referral sources
