UX Designer

Overview

Our client is searching for a UX Designer to fill a remote contract role to supplement development needs for a fast paced start up company. This role will be considered as part time since some weeks may not require 40 hrs. Primary responsibilities in the role include designing the evolving care navigation platform that is core to the workflow of our clinical team; work closely with product and engineering teams in a rapid-paced environment, full of research opportunities and the ability to quickly iterate to dial in the experience. You will be tasked with helping evolve our platform into an intuitive and innovative product that empowers clinicians to change patient's lives. Skills required for a successful engagement include generating comps and prototypes based on best practices and research; work with engineering to bring comps to life in code; influence stakeholders to gain support for design strategies; define and conduct concept testing and user research sessions. Additionally you will define standard UI patterns for the organizations digital assets and determine future information architecture as the product evolves. Top Skills: 1. Proficient in industry standard tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Miro 2. 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role 3.
