Overview
Our client is a SaaS Solutions Organization supplying technology driven and AI backed management software to the Insurance Industry. They are seeking their first true Customer Success Manager to go over aging clients nearing the end of their contracts and reengage/renew/upsell. Top 3 Required Skills * 3-7 Years Experience of Sales to Insurance Agencies/Brokers * 3-7 Years Experience Selling to Claims and Workers Compensation Departments * 2-3 Years Experience selling SaaS Day to Day: You will be managing an existing book of business (Up to $10MM) that is approaching the end of their current contracts. Reconnecting and reforming legacy relationships within these key customers will be the first step in earning their repeat business. In doing so you'll be tasked with retaining a certain percentage while being compensated for renewals and upsells. The ideal candidate will have a long track record of successful "hunter" sales and will have managed "farmed" large accounts over the years in the insurance industry.
